Yea, this is a given. There is no point/reason to let shimmer be placed let alone unbanned at all.

Sorry, master, I didn’t know that that was a banned liquid in build.
Normally if the item is banned you get stoned and there is
(item) is banned! Remove it!
but as I did not receive that effect, I thought it was an OK block and due to the strange behavior I thought that was a bug.

It’s not banned, there’s no concept of shimmer in Build, so how could it place it?

It’s not, it’s replaced with water, I was just making the suggestion to disable it until it’s usable.

If it is not banned, is build still at 1.4.3?

Build is at either 1.4.1 or 1.4.0.x, none of the dimensions are running 1.4.4 yet, PvE/Zombies is likely to be the first
