People with god mode for some reason take damage from shaman, and not all people with god mode immediately heal whenever the modified client figures out that they don’t have full health. If they didn’t, catching hackers would be much quicker and you couldn’t also accidentally count people as not a hacker when they are in fact hacking.
This might be true, but how does shaman hit godmode players while /slap
can?
Maybe shaman does PvP damage and /slap
does enemy damage…

This is impossible unless you want desync. Shaman and /slap can hit godmode players because it sends the hurt packets to everyone, including the target. When the target moves, they send the player update packet, and they reupdate their HP.

What do you mean?

Whenever a Moderator does /slap, they don’t take any damage, but when I use shaman on them, they do.

Are you sure? I recall /slap working the exact same way as shaman in the case of godmode
