H_c is the max it can heal so H_h = \min(H_c,\ \text{MaxHP} - \text{HP})(HP Healed).

Can you clarify variables \text{MaxHP} and \text{HP}?

MaxHP is the maximum HP they have.
HP is how much hp they have
Example - someone has 945/1000HP. MaxHP is 1000 and HP is 945
