Scale some sentries' hp with tiers

Currently, there are 3 sentries, that stay at 100 hp no matter what (Snipe, Emitter, Nade). On my opinion, they should be buffed to have at least slightly, so they can withstand at least 1 hit on higher levels to be repaired right back by corresponding sentry. My proposal is:
Max hp = 100 + T * 20
