Report: This player was clearly violating two rules at once using profanity that was directed at others and using excessive caps.

What they doing that was against the rules: They would not stop after many warnings to stop the caps and profanity.

What I was doing: I was pvping and just playing in the arena

Who this affected: This affected two other Helpers as well and he used racial slurs along with profanity to other groups of people
