Release the votes from closed suggestions?

I only have used 2 votes on open suggestions, And im unable to vote for any more suggestions, If i remember correctly, the default number of votes for a member was 4 (Unless it was changed?)

Aswell, On closed topics, I dont seem able to remove existing votes, so can’t do that manually either.

I think you are Tl2, so you should have 6 total.
