I need help logging on and registering because my game keeps saying “rep mode”

Rep mode is a time requirement to register an account. This require you to have been on for a length of time somewhere past an hour (afk or in any dimension) to register an account, once. From then on you would use your account and rep mode does not apply to you any longer.
