Make it stand still, just like Magnet Sphere does

An alternative for Magnet Sphere, lingers for less time but bigger hitbox.
Magnet Sphere and Arcanum feel way too bad for those, this would be a medium range between these 2
I’m unsure how i should feel about this, typhoon is a rather spammy weapon.
Maybe reducing the damage might help with that?
However minimal damage should counteract it becoming fully useless.
But like i said before, I’m very unsure about this suggestion.
A longer test phase might be neccessary if this would be considered to be added in the future.
