Yes, vanities on dtp are obtained through Christmas and Halloween event chests. The most recent event being for Halloween in 2022.
When you open one of these chests it will give you a random holiday themed vanity set.
The vampire vanity is unique as it’s the only vanity that grants you an ability in Zombies when fully worn.
The ability is shit though.
