[Q2] Did you break the rules knowingly?
No. Another person was in the lobby with me as I farmed points on the map Untimely Exploration to obtain the 950k upgrade in the secret chest for the summoner class*;* in this chest was the map-modified Houndius Shootius weapon that was capable of summoning a very, very large count of stardust dragon minion heads. I honestly had no idea that what I was doing would result in a ban since that was my first time using the upgrade and I thought this was completely fair game for a 950k upgrade on a map with very powerful, unbalanced summoner upgrades.
[Q3] Do you think your Ban was fair? If not, please provide a reason.
No. I was aware that intentionally using infinite summons was a hack that would result in some repercussions, but I was not using any hacks to provide infinite summons and was in the full belief that my map-modified weapon was designed to do this; the weapon already had the capability of pulling this off without me modifying my own client in any way, shape, or form.
[Q4] Why should we unban you?
Zombies is by far my favorite aspect about Dark Gaming, and I would never have the audacity to play unfairly amidst others and ruin the experience for many other players. It is a shame that my actions were seen as malicious, but I was never using any hacks and was simply just playing the game to have fun. For safety purposes, I will avoid using this weapon again or will at least avoid using it to summon a seemingly infinite number of minions, and I sincerely hope that my ban appeal will show enough of my character to communicate the fact that I was not, in fact, playing the game unfairly and was using an item fully implemented into the map.
