I would wait it out or wait for a mod or admin to further help this issue… As for the alt, I would recommend not using it due to this rule:

#1 Multiple Accounts

Multiple Accounts are forbidden. You are only permitted one account per person. Our experience only facilitates a person having a single account. Duplicate accounts will be deleted, and violation of this rule after a warning will result in a Ban. The player does not get to choose which account is considered the primary account.

If it’s a guest then no worries it doesn’t fall under that rule. Though afaict you can join from a guest with another name right?

About the rule: in the rule there isn’t the fact written that it doesn’t apply to guests.

It should be fixed in PvE, PvP may take a while. My advice for now is to use a guest account
