How often it happens
Any time a player tries to wait for their Solar Blaze shield to gain a stage while having a lot of buffs

In PvE, whenever the Solar Blaze shield from wearing a full set of Solar Armor gains a stage to use for a hit, if the player has too many buffs, it resets to stage 1 instead of giving a charge to the shield:
I originally thought it might’ve been based on something with the old 20 buff limit, but then when I had 20 buffs and let the shield regenerate it still went through, so maybe I did something wrong testing that:
