What does it say when you try to join?

- Goto the link: Visit: forum.dark-gaming.com/t/10624 and follow the instructions there
“Banned: ban.dark-gaming.com/#####”
- Goto the link provided
- Click the button “Click here to appeal” (or this link: How to Appeal Your Ban )
- Bans may sometimes be made in error, just follow the ban appeal process even if the person is not you.
“Connecting to …” or stuck on “Checking Access…: Complete!”
- Dark gaming may be down on one server. Try the following
- First make sure
t.dark-gaming.comis the IP you used. If yes, continue. - Enter
eu-fra-2.t.dark-gaming.comfor the IP if you’re in the US/closer to the US - Enter
us-tx-1.t.dark-gaming.comfor the IP if you’re in the EU/closer to the EU
- First make sure
- Otherwise, you may just have to wait. Ask around Discord to see if others are having the same issue
“Lost connection”
- Try joining one more time, if it still isn’t working-
- You may be banned- if you’re on mobile, record your screen as there is a bug where the ban link flashes for a short duration
