How often it happens
In order to trigger this issue,we search for old stuff in phase. Then we can click for the deep history. Attempting to scroll to a new section causes it to hang for multiple minutes. If you try to search for other thing then scrubbing to a new part of the chat causes the history to get inconsistent and glitch out as it tries to continue loading an old section of phase chat.
