[i][b]Hello, staff members, I am here to tell you that people that post staff apps immediately when they join, could set up something with like if you just joined, you could post in the “New Members” section, and members could do it anywhere.

Also accept staff with good habits.
Good Habits:
Not yelling (Caps).
Don’t abuse commands.
Have good grammar.
Don’t ‘troll’.

This would make the server a great place.

Well… If any of the current mods or admins did any of these, they would most likely be demoted. Not everyone has good grammar though, which is okay. It is their choice if they want to perfect it or not.

Almost every single one of those requirements already exist and they are in use. I am very sure that none of the current *staff members do any of these things. I’m just going to close this since it’s basically dealt with. Any staff members are obviously free to open it again.
*Keep in mind that when I say staff members I do not mean helpers.
