idk how to show a screen shot and the screen shot button wont work.

If you are in windows,
Go to Control panel> Accsesibility> In Screen keyboard, It will have a" Inp pant button", Go to paint and paste ,save it.

Mobile, Hold Power and volume down,if not download a 3rd party app from app store
It will be on your gallery inmediatly in a folder called “Screenshots”

If nothing works…

Take a photo of your screen with a mobile device
Or
Gotta buy a Keyboard of USB or Bluetooth for a mobile device
