Phantom Phoenix is pretty good as it is, but i think it would be really cool if it was better. It’s quite a unique weapon, acting sort of like a hybrid between Hallowed Repeater and Chlorophyte Shotbow, but with an additional projectile. It could serve as a bow equivalent to Onyx Blaster.

The damage increase is definitely not necessary for the bird projectile, since that has a 140% damage multiplier. It could be reduced a little bit to compensate for the base damage buff.
