possibly ban evading, i would do the same as a mod as in Possible ban evasion by mareew (the user admits that)
if they are not ban evading, then it is impersonation as a player saying “I am (banned person), I have evaded my ban” tries to get the appeal of the banned player denied.
There is a ban existing for a player named OmegaLUL, but this player’s IP data is substantially different than OmegaIsBack’s. They don’t appear to be using a vpn or proxy either. I’m not sure how we could really prove OmegaLUL is them without talking to them. I’m thinking it might be an impersonation case, but I could be wrong.
