How often it happens
Worked the first time I voted, then after I’ve yet to get anything from leveling up or voting.

Leveling up only has a chance to give you a lootbox, and the chance increases as you level up.
Voting only works once per day, so you can’t continuously vote and get rewards. Also make sure that you type your name in correctly for the “nickname” section while voting.
There is a small chance it bugged out, as that has happened to me before, but it should be fine the next day. If it continues to not work tomorrow, just reply here again.
