No lootboxes from leveling up

Im lvl 7 on DTP and since i started i didnt get any lootboxes from leveling up.Is this a bug or this is normal?.

You don’t always get loot boxes from leveling up, might be RNG whether you get one or not but not entirely sure, but it sounds kinda odd to not get one in 7 levels. If it keeps persisting try contacting a mod.

still not lootboxes from leveling up (im lvl 11),only i get them from voting.

  • Make sure you have enough space in your trading inventory
  • Make sure you have a sufficient amount of DP (>100) and Experience Efficiency (>10%).

If you still cannot get lootboxes, it probably implicates these two reasons why:

  1. There is a threshold you need to exceed before you can obtain lootboxes from leveling.
  2. There is a bug.

im lvl 11 with 100% XP efficiency and 397 DP,probably its a bug

Do you not get lootboxes from voting?

Also, create a new topic in #help-support if you have any issues instead replying on old ones.
