Reduce its max damage by 10, and maybe reduce its base damage by 2-3

I think Vampire Knives are fine on a mixed kit. They’re a bit slow, so they’re not as easy to hit with. However, on a full melee kit, due to the much higher melee speed, VK becomes a reliable mid-long range option, which is not something the melee class should have.

Like i mentioned, VK is fine on a mixed kit, which is why i suggested a max damage nerf rather than a base damage nerf.
