Stylish scissors

[What would you like specifically changed about it?]
Reduce damage and max damage by 10-20

[Why do you feel that this change is needed?]
This weapon is incredibly spammy with high reward, especially against airborne players, but not against randoms
The arc of the weapon makes it stupidly overpowered against close ranged people
I feel the initial change was not fully thought of, and a full melee kit shreds with scissors in point blank and close range
I played against people that used a variety of weapons against me, and the weapon iust appears to straight up outclass many popular weapons like the paladin’s hammer, starlight, etc while being stupidly spammy

As of right now all of the PvP Managers disagree that this weapon is overtuned, but I’ll leave this suggestion up as scissors are not very popular therefore it may become more utilized with time.
Many melee focused kits are being used less as a result of the frost/molten nerfs atm.

I’d like to take this suggestion back for three reasons:

  1. 1.4.5.7 nerfs the scissors in velocity, making it possibly harder and less viable to use in PvP
  2. The scissors were never too viable and behaved like manual shadowflame knives.
  3. You can easily evade the sharp arcing of the weapon by running away from it.
