My dp and xp effeciency XP not increasing

At i noticed something on my dtp not increasing even if i play in the server and vote any of my dp xp effeciency XP not increasing is this bug?

But my cred are incresing except those 3 bars with fluid or somewhat

dp u gaining through playing sertain map in zombies, killing bosses in pve
u can buy some xp eff (if eff <100, then 1% for 10 dp, otherwise - 1% for 50 dp)
if ur dp less than 100 ur eff is decreasing
xp gaining thru playing with eff
