Is it worth bothering to report Non registered players for Using hacked clients (unless it is a pepertual problem)
because someone hacks one match, and you never see them again
or
can you the Admins ban non registered players who hack and also constantly change their name when caught to hide their identity?

Non registered players can be banned, And usually that stops them for a while,or in some cases ,actually they stop hacking (assuming it, since some people do write ban appeals)
Due to Terraria not giving us much data to work with it, Its imposible to prevent ban evasion ,So even if we ban them, They could theorically come back under a new identity, Still, Its worth reporting at least, Since at least they will be away for your match/ Hopefully until they appeal if the dont evade
