Titanium armor is better than crystal assassin, and probably shinobi infiltrator. Should swap the titanium and crystal. Should replace panic necklace with worm scarf or ranger emblem. Else ranger feels very bad in comparison to warrior. I can already tell by warrior that if I get titanium armor, 3 worm scarves, that it’s almost guaranteed round 16 in contrast to the weakness of the ranger if worm scarf or ranger emblem aren’t added.

Is the Mechanical Minecart buffed allowed?

I think it should be. Specialized carts like in Beach House v2 are fine and can be used too, so it should work.
