No, I had no idea of a /rules command, I was new to terraria in general, and am sorry for not asking for help.

I think it is fair, I was just a aware of terraria features themself.
[Q4] Why should we unban you?
I was new to servers at the time, and did not know about commands or rules, I am more aware of that now, and will not ever do that again.
