No, I didn’t break the rules knowingly I thought certain words were okay to use since curse words aren’t censored. Additionally I do not where to find the server rules.

[Q3] Do you think your Ban was fair? If not, please provide a reason.
Yes I think my ban was fair and I’m asking for a second chance. Even if it was an honest mistake. The rules are there to maintain a respectful community for everyone. And I apologize for what I’ve done I’m guilty that I’ve said some words but I promise if won’t happen again.

[Q4] Why should we unban you?
You should unban for I have learned some lesson due to this Ban. And I will take time to read all the server rules. And I promise I’ll be more mindful of my language and actuon. I genuinely want to be respectful and positive member of this community.

I kicked you twice before banning you telling you to mind your language. Each one was after I saw through this report:

First one was a little delayed, but the second one was relatively shortly after you used a slur in a message. Regardless, though, when would calling other players (or the game in the second instance) a racial slur be okay?

Thank you. I didn’t realize you warned me twice because the server often kicks me out without notice It would be helpful if a warning message popped up on the player’s screen The current warning system isn’t effective since it just results in being kicked out of the server unexpectedly.

Then I guess you need to pay more attention to chat. Generic disconnects and kicks have a couple similar messages but kicks also show a specific reason beyond “the dimension you were in dropped the connection”.

Going back to the previous unanswered question, though, why slurs? Why would using them be okay here, because you were angry?

Not angry. I got no enemies there in survival i never said any slurs directly to people. Ive read all the rules. And all i wanted is to get unbanned.

So far I’m not very convinced you’d follow the rules if you were unbanned.

I would like to clarify my statements Every time I died I said “NGA.” The specific instance where I said, “There’s no way these ngas are going to win” was during an event when someone summoned the Old ones army. i wasnt referring that to anybody. And there is no evidence suggesting that I have had issues with other players in survival.
I understand you have made decisions and banned many players. I mean no offense, but I believe the appeals process could be improved.
Thank you for considering my appeal. And to answer your last question, you may go back to my appeal for the detail for that.

Okay? I wasn’t trying to say you were having beef with other players in Survival. Looking back at the way I wrote it I guess it can be a little unclear based on how you read it, so for what it’s worth I’m sorry about that. I’ll reword this part I previously said since it’s the most important:

Better wording of what I’ve been trying to get at this whole time: when would using racial slurs in general be okay? You admitted yourself that it came out of your mouth when you died.

The fact that it wasn’t directed at an exact player doesn’t excuse their use in the first place. Given what was submitted I don’t see how there isn’t evidence supporting a ban.
