bubulprok is extremely dramatic and toxic all the time about survival, he’s done this before multiple times

not sure if this deserves a ban tho

Not an admin/ a mod but I think, the maximum now should be a warning because it annoyed people but is not strong enough for a ban like talking about s*x, politics, religion without stopping after a moderator warning.
