I was banned for maybe 5-6 months, and I would like to be appealed please

I mean, I got angry that every time I put caps it blocked my message so I kinda let that out.

I mean, No because a kick to me is more reasonable  cause then I would probably be like "Oh ok, I broke the rules. Let me chill out a bit."
