The intention of this suggestion is not to buff or nerf this ability, but to make it easier to acquire in order to play,not necessarily making it very very easy to acquire. Btw, this ability can only be obtained by acquiring the Vampire Set in rare events, and even then you have to be lucky enough to get it in a box through sheer luck.
