Make all survival seeds have 2 evils + 2 evil biome chests

Basically, have the drunk seed aspects of 2 evils generating and their associated biome chests (so people won’t have to wait 12 hours when they are most likely sleeping for biome chests) in addition to allowing both biome loot to be obtained without regenerating/using star ower band/panic necklace trick at a workshop)

Bumping for priority, albeit it’s probably not going to get accepted
