I have a video but it takes way to long on uploading so heres the breakdown of the bug:
So on survival, i was playing with some player and we defeated some bosses and when i received my loot bag, it dissapear for about 2 seconds. They said it only works on mobile and others experience it too. And some of them can only trade with some pc player just to progress, i hope you guys fixed this bug not long after , thanks for improving the server.
