Bruh Tier 1 white color is super rare, only those who got super lucky has managed to acquire one on a loot box, so much so if you are above level 50? Getting a higher level can upgrade your shop making tier 1 items unavailable for you, so the only ones who actually got them were those who managed to buy them on the shop or have actually been really lucky from lootboxes, srry for repeating.
No offense but your offer is really low considering the rarity of the color.
