Hi I just wanted to post this as I am having issues regarding the login function. I’m trying to login but it carries on saying login failed, when I try to register it says “you already have an account called …… use this to login” then I use that account use every password I know and still nothing. can anyone help me with this maybe get my password reset it’d be much appreciated, many thanks!

It is possible that entering while using a character with the name you were told, you are automatically logged in(usually what “login failed” means). You can verify this by typing in the chat, and seeing if you have a Member title and Blue name.

Are you using the given name case-sensitive? If the name you are told to use has a capital, then you’d need to copy that spot-on.

the name is jacob.c

kill me ur the best i had a dot in my name and there was no dot in the registered acc omg im so stupid thankyou for helping me it means a bunch.
