Their PW works. So it is a DTP login prompt issue.
I did not mimic Tejdxa’s password reset or crew role verification as I only verified whether their PW works ingame.

Messaging in-game while logged-in does not verify they know their password. Only that they are likely auto logged-in in-game.

Issue resolved, they misspelled their PW.
However there is the bug that DTP cannot display messages such as “Wrong password”.
