I think it would be great if we got HP for each kill. Can be a set number or based on damage dealt.
[Why do you feel that this change is needed?]
So that you don’t immediately die for a third-party after you kill someone and is low on HP. Also can encourage a more aggresive playstyle. You also will not aways stop to heal after each kill.

Can be hard to implement
