[Q1] Provide the Ban link or if none, the reason

[Q2] Did you break the rules knowingly?
Nope. I was trying to join the server with the name “KLENSMN” which is intended for Klen ( my ign) + SMN (short for Summoner)

[Q3] Do you think your Ban was fair? If not, please provide a reason.
I got banned for my IGN ‘KLENSMN’. It’s just short for Summoner (SMN), not a bot or spam name. I can change it if needed. Hope you can reconsider.

It says at the reason that I was “Modified Zombie Godmode” but I never did anything like that. I don’t even know what it means.

[Q4] Why should we unban you?
I will re-read all the in game rules and regulations in order to avoid the same mistake.

Although I didn’t use any modifiers at all :((

Last time I checked names with too many capital letters were just blocked from joining the server, not given full bans, so try changing your character name to start.

As for the ban link, if you’re actually seeing that, not sure if I can help you since you may be victim of a collateral ban in that case.
