Killstreaks and DP gain in PvP
[What would you like specifically changed about it?]
When a player kills a different player with a killstreak above 4, the killer gets 0.2x DP the number of kills their opponent had. For example, if I killed a player that had a 50 killstreak, I would get 10 dp from killing them.
[Why do you feel that this change is needed?]
PvP is generally an underpowered source of DP compared to both PvE and especially Zombies, and a reward for killing somebody with a high killstreak (which generally means they’re harder to beat) would also be cool.
I feel like this is very easily exploitable between two people; One feeds the other person kills, and then kills that person once they get a high killstreak. Then you simply rinse and repeat while changing roles.
The only people who could get a reasonably high killstreak without getting killed before their partner could kill them are good players who know doing such a thing would be against the rules of the server.
Or the occasional Noobs vs. Noobs warzone.
Either way, PvE would still be more profitable.
I guess the only change moderation-wise would be more frequent checks on PvP.
It’s also very easy to increase the number of people participating, and equally as simple to farm randoms and ignore each other until you amass a high enough killstreak for it to be worth ending. Even easier is to merely mask the exploitation under the guise of a duel, between two people. The point that it’s incredibly easy to accomplish still stands.
That’s not true at all. There are numerous people who can get “high” killstreaks, you just need to find the right time, which isn’t hard considering that more often than not, pvp is devoid of any actual good pvpers.

Then yes, for a killstreak to be “worth it”, you’d have to be very accomplished or willing to spend hours of your time getting a killstreak in the hundreds. I suppose that, realistically, with the numbers this suggestion is offering(which could always change), it’s simply not worth exploiting it since you’re better off doing literally anything else that rewards DP in the time you could get a high enough killstreak to be worth anything.
