How often it happens
When you are using a weapon that casues a 1.4.5 debuff, and kill an enemy in the same attack
Its more consistent with projectiles that deal continous damage (Like piranha gun proj)

I’m not sure which weapon was using this player
Later i got kicked by using a Flamelash with a Piranha gun Projectile
On a Mb lobby later i tested, took some time to get it again
I am aware this got marked as resolved
But still happens nonetheless
