Item duplication when shifting dimensions

Everytime you shift from a dimension.

it doesn't pass items to survival, but sometimes i get anticheated due to tha stacking

Unrelated issue, but items are also not saving properly either after leaving the server and rejoining.

They aren’t supposed to save if you’ve been in PvP or Gamemodes, maybe that’s your problem?

Its not saving in items for me, or in rift.

I don’t personally get this bug. Do you know how to get it to happen?

Im not sure why it happens either

It can be avoided by just using another character
but i don’t know if it will come to bite later the issue
