Is using an unob item in pvp bannable?

im currently using the first fractal which took a while to glitch in, i wanna use it in pvp but because its unob i dont know if its bannable or not

Yea it is bannable, Regardless if was obtained without a modified client :

Yes, using an unattainable/illegal item, such as the First Fractal, in ANY dimension is a bannable offense on Dark Gaming.

I would advise using the weapon strictly in singleplayer.
