if Martians count in that list, then it is pretty broken. it atleast reduces time, or blood moon in hm or pre hm would be good, do things like pmoon or frostmoon also count?

i would say it depends if they are limited to a certian stage.
so that you could summon fmoon in pre hm (that would be broken)
