Is something wrong with the servers?

Everytime I try to join it says that it’s requesting world information and then stops loading…
I have waited at least 8 minutes for it to load tho

Here: Press and hold down the power button along with the volume up button until the screen goes off. Power the device back on pressing the power button for few seconds and it’s done.

If it’s requesting world information and just doesn’t do anything, the servers probably updating. Restarting will do nothing. Unless it does.

(Try restarting anyway to see what it will do)

On computers, it seems like it’s updating as I keep losing connection
