So I just contacted the help desk and I got the character name Frosbee approved, but now, when I try to connect, it’s stuck on connecting… and unlike last time, it’s not telling me to visit the forum. What do I do? I tried connecting for 10 minutes and nothing happened.

Sometimes bugs like that
I don’t think we know the clear answer, But sometimes helps joining thru the server that isn’t on your region
Instead of joining thru the normal IP, Try these 2
us-tx-1.t.dark-gaming.com
eu-fra-1.darkgaming.com
The port is the same (7777)
If still persist, Try restarting your router
