Is it a bannable offense to spam projectiles/NPCs in survival?

I want to make a post to be certain about this topic, because first of all, I really don’t want to get banned, and second, I think the server has implemented measures to prevent this to a degree (hays couldn’t be obtained to make target dummies, crafted beehives need permission to be placed, from what I have tried)

As far as I know, two viable methods remained are: spamming flares from flare gun, and spawning antlion larvas from crafted antlion eggs. (Feel free to add more methods by the way, I may miss something as I am not really experienced with spamming projectiles/NPCs)

Is it a bannable offense if survival players attempt to do this?

I think it counts as an exploit because you can use it to prevent in the moon lord the True EOC to spawn

yeah if it’s an exploit it’s bannable
kinda feel like flare gun/antlion egg needs to get banned sadly

this is also why beach balls are banned
