Infinity% caps percentage displayed at block by filter even if only 1/5 or less of the non latin letters were capital non latin letters

How often it happens
Every time you type a message full of cyrillic or Greek letters where only 1 of 10+ letters is capital (tested with “Что произошло” (Russian for “what’s the matter” where only the Ч is capital), someone asked for help in Russian and then I was curious if it affects Greek letters too. The text “Σιγμα” (The Greek name of the letter Sigma Σ) was also blocked even when only 20% caps. and not infinity %.

There is a typo in that error message: “capitals letters”. Either “capitals” or “capital letters”
