Increase starter HP if HM was reached in the reset at least once

This is that late joiners have a bit better chances in survival to catch up:

120 HP After WOF was beaten at least once
140 HP if 1 mech is down
160 HP if 2 mechs are down
180 HP if all mechs are down
200 HP if plantera is down
220 HP if golem is down
240 HP if Lunatic cultist is down

You can easily find life crystals in the caves and qucikly catch your HP Up. also, some people offer free stuff, so thats a way to catch up.
