Implement /more command to PvE, Builds, and Items dimensions

/more is such a useful command. Why should it be exclusive to the PvP dimension?

/more is a general TShock command.

No, it isn’t. It’s only available in PvP.

Is that so?

. . . apparently /more is available in both PvP and Build.
