Implement a separate HP and DMG multiplier to boss signs in PvE

Instead of boss multiplier affecting both hp and dmg of each boss, make two different multipliers, one for boss damage, and one for boss hp. Therefore, classes with low defense can be playable.

This is not possible. Terraria inherently has only one multiplier, and that applies for both HP and damage. We’ll have to go an alternative route with setting the hp(setting max hp is not possible either) instead of using a multiplier

You have to also remember that setting hp will affect certain bosses AI where they have triggers for getting below a certain % of their max hp. Not sure if the client waits on the server to do this itself or not.
