it was fair because i broke a rule but it was unintentional

These two… well, they kind of conflict with each other. Did you intend to tell your friend about an IP address or not? The system automatically banned you for putting in an IP address in a public chat message.
I didnt know how to invite my friend to play on my world so i thinked and the only solution i saw is to create a world and say ip
Just use either the /whisper function or some external service like Discord or Teamspeak next time, yeah? The filter’s put in place to stop people from actually advertising outside websites.
